Bush's Judges In Trouble After Democratic Take Over

One huge negative of the Democrats seizing control of the Senate is that some good conservative judges are going to have some trouble getting 51 votes. Check out this N.Y. Times article on the subject.

It is doubtful that the remaining Republicans in the Senate are going to get tough and protect some good judges. And there is also talk that Justice Stevens will step down soon. Oh the craziness!
