The Commerce Clause And Abortion Bans

Earlier this evening my libertarian roomie gave me the heads up on this very interesting post over at The Volokh Conspiracy. The post shows how liberal justices on the Supreme Court are concerned that abortion bans might stretch the commerce clause very thin.

As my roomie said, "Didn't these justices know that their past decisions to expand the commerce clause would come back and bite them in the ass later on?"

I guess not!
