Microsoft To Compete With The iPod?

Now, I think everyone agrees that to compete against Apple's iPod will be a tough challenge indeed. Apple has done an excellent job in fully integrating their product into the typical music lovers life. Where can you go without seeing someone listening to some tunes on an iPod?

Yes, it will be difficult but it was the same when Microsoft entered the gaming business against Playstation. The X-Box has done fairly well.*
