Another Madman With Weapons
Well, here we are with 3/4 of our active troops in Iraq. Our resources are a little stretched thin throughout the world.
Wouldn't it be great if we had the troops to stop the threat in North Korea?
It is just fascinating the very different approach the Bush administration is taking towards North Korea as compared to the strategy in the middle east. More negotiations... measured talk. Pretty far away from the "Bring 'Em On" approach towards Iraq.
And this time we know for sure that the dictator in question has missiles.
Some are calling for a strike. I see some legitimacy in this... but first we must get South Korea and China on our side.
South Korea and China are the key nations to convince of the threat that North Korea poses to the world.
We have seen that the Bush administration had some problems with unilateral action against Iraq. Perhaps the diplomatic approach towards North Korea might work better. For the World's security I pray that it will.
