Is George Allen A Libertarian?

I just love reading about the different people thinking about running for president in 2008. George Allen of Virginia has caught my eye for many reasons. First, he is from the great Commonwealth of Virginia. Second, Mr. Allen claims that Ronald Reagan is his hero.

But is Reagan REALLY his hero? Lately George Allen has been claiming that he is a libertarian. That is just great... but does his record stand up to that label?
