Gitmo Suicides

So it ends up that the prisoners at Gitmo used attorney-client priviledges to organize a suicide pact.

What I am most confused about in the article is how the prisoners exactly got a "classified U.S. Military memo" as mentioned in the article.

Is security down there really that bad that a classified memo is just placed anywhere?

Sounds like the prisoners have a whole library of information in their cells!
