No Justice In New Orleans

This NY Times story describes the difficult situation many prosecutors down in New Orleans are now facing. The problem? Their evidence was washed away by the hurricane and witnesses have moved away. So how do you prove that a defendant is guilty?

I want to be a prosecutor later on once I pass the bar. I would be extremely frustrated if I couldn't bust the bad guys especially when I ONCE had the evidence on them.
