Judge Detains Five For Ringing Cell Phones

I think this Judge rules.

People are always talking on the cell phone on the metro. I figure you should only be allowed to talk on your phone while riding the train if you are the President of the United States... AND it is a matter of national security.

It is a pain in the ass to readon the train while Suzy Q is chatting to her sorority sister about how great the party was last night.
