Congress Unable To Do Anything

Now, you would think a small government guy like myself would be thrilled. Sadly, Congress still is able to spend...and spend.... and spend!

The Republicans are going to be destroyed come November... if the Democrats find a way to nationalize the Congressional races in a similar way that the Republicans did back in 1994.

(Nationalizing the races is very important for the Democrats. People dislike Congress as a whole but like their Congressman... odd huh?)
