ACLU Fights Against Voter ID

Find the article and some analysis here.

From the article:
“Anthony and others on Friday said the cost of getting a state identification card, which could range from $9 to $25, was a significant burden on some voters.”

Now for some this might be true for some.

Conservatives are complaining that people are pretending that they can't pay.

Sometimes people in the conservative movement are such bad marketers. This is a terrible way to handle this problem.

Now brace yourself here I can fix the problem right now....

Why not set up a private fund to help those who can not afford ID cards? Come on Republicans open up those checkbooks. The poor could document financial need and then would be allowed to receive a loan from the private fund.

Everybody is happy... conservatives love it because illegals won't be able to vote. Liberals love it because the poor are able to get cards for free!

Wow,there you go... solved.

Conservatives need to have more confidence in private charities.
